I offer continuity of support through your pregnancy and early motherhood.
For the women who have attended my pregnancy yoga classes, I teach small, personalised classes in my home for new mums and babies (up to 6 months).
Classes are integrated as it focuses on both the needs of new mums and young babies. Mums will enjoy time out for postnatal healing and postural work to heal, relax, renew and strengthen. Babies will benefit from this relaxed environment and learn appropriate movement, sound and touch. These classes show how yoga can be integrated into your daily life as a new mother and how it may support common ailments of new motherhood e.g. digestion issues for new babies and pelvic floor health for mums.
Since completing Peter Walker's Baby Massage training, I incorporate elements of this into the Mum & Baby classes. I have done many intensives on the Pelvic Floor so I include pelvic floor rehabilitation postnatally.
